i was set up to work on the boardwalk in venice beach. these girls camped on the grass behing me. they borrowed my brushes and paint to decorate their jeans. meanwhile, i sketched them as they worked. the painting is from that sketch. i'll bet you want to see that sketch... coming soon in drawings gallery.
